Release of IHRA’s new website

20. April 2013

We are pleased to announce the release of IHRA’s new website, www.holocaustremembrance.com.

The website redesign accompanies the new name and is part of the IHRA’s ongoing efforts to enhance the quality and availability of information to its internal and external audiences.

We encourage you to continue sending us content on Holocaust education, remembrance, and research and related topics in your respective countries for news articles.  We will be in touch with you again regarding updates to the individual country pages in order to remove outdated information.

Member countries are also reminded that the Plenary took a decision in December 2010 to publish the EWG documents “The Holocaust and Other Genocides” and “Teaching the Holocaust Without Survivors” and to translate these documents into the languages of all IHRA member countries.  These documents have now been translated into French, Italian, Dutch and Croatian.  Member countries are urged to continuing translating these documents for further publication and distribution.
